After three pregnancies in four years, I was not feeling good in my body. I was always a really active person; but with three little kids, my health had taken a backseat and I was using unhealthy food as a reward to myself for “getting through the day.” I knew I had gained weight, but mostly I just felt terrible, and it was really starting to affect my mental health.
I knew that if I wanted to be the best mom and partner I could be, I needed to take care of myself. CSE taught me that healthy food can taste good, give you more sustainable energy, and honestly, my depression and anxiety has gotten so much better. I’m sleeping better too! So grateful for this program.
