Back in September of last year, I found myself at a tipping point with my health. I had a serious sugar addiction, constant fatigue, persistent bloating and GI issues. So I decided to do the CSE Challenge as a way to motivate myself to get healthy and strong. I really enjoyed the recipes and all of the supplements. By the end of the Fall Challenge, I felt accomplished and my body was feeling so much better!
The holiday season arrived, and I lost track of my goals for a few months. When the new year started, I recommitted to myself and got back into the groove. I started cooking healthy meals again and exercising four days a week.
Over these past 10 months, I've developed a healthier, more active me and changed my relationship with food. I am no longer living in this constant state of dieting, but instead embracing this as my new lifestyle.
I feel like a new person - who is stronger, healthier and happier!
