If I had the ability a year ago to see where I am now on my fitness journey, I wouldn’t believe it. I am in the best shape of my life. Where I am now probably wouldn’t be possible without CSE.
Since my first challenge a year ago, I have dropped over 5% body fat; going from about 18% to a little under 13%. CSE, and this challenge, has helped me towards my body fat, strength, and overall fitness goals. Every time I do a challenge, I feel that my mental ability to control what and when I eat is strengthened. As I continue on my fitness journey, I will rely on the habits and knowledge that I have gained during this time.
