My first challenge, I was almost obsessed with food tracking and doing 5+ long cardio workouts every week. This time around, I was a little more lenient on tracking and really wanted to focus on putting some muscle on. I only did a couple cardio workouts, but sticking with Clean Simple Eats meals and snacks, I was still able to lose a little weight while putting muscle on.
Clean Simple Eats has given me the freedom to eat and workout how I would like while successfully losing weight and putting on muscle. I’m down 40 lbs. since the beginning of the year and have never felt better! 2nd challenge down; many more to go!
