To make all of these protein-packed recipes, you will need a Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker. You can also make these recipes in the Ninja® Swirl™ by CREAMi®.

Parent Trap Protein CREAMi®

Makes 2 servings
320 calories / 10F / 25C / 33P / per serving

12 oz. 2% milk
2 servings CSE Cookies N’ Cream Protein Powder
1 Tbs. powdered peanut butter
2 Tbs. 2% milk

Toppings:
4 Oreo® brand cookie thins
1 Tbs. CSE Sweet Classic Peanut Butter or natural peanut butter

1. Add the milk, protein powder, and powdered peanut butter to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight. 

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”

3. Split into two servings. Top each serving with two crushed Oreo® cookies and one half tablespoon of peanut butter. Enjoy! 

Vanilla + Chocolate Shell Swirl

Makes 3 servings

12 oz. 2% milk
2 servings CSE Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
100g dark chocolate melting wafers
3 Let’s Do Organic Ice Cream Cones, Cake Style

1. Add the milk and protein powder to an empty Ninja® CREAMi® Swirl Pint. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight. 

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Soft Serve & Ice Cream Machine and select “Soft Serve,” then select “Lite Ice Cream.” 

3. Install pint to dispense area and pull handle to swirl ice cream equally into each cone. Place cones in freezer to freeze in swirl shape.

4. Add chocolate wafers to a bowl. Microwave in 20-second increments until melted. Stir until smooth. Spoon chocolate over vanilla ice cream cones to create a chocolate shell and enjoy!

NOTE: If your freezer is set to a very cold temperature, the ice cream may look
crumbly. If this occurs, select “Re-Spin” to process the mixture a little more until smooth
prior to dispensing.

Toasted Marshamallow Protein CREAMi®

Makes 2 servings

2 serving CSE Toasted Marshmallow Protein Powder
2 Tbs. 2% milk
Toppings:
4 marshmallows, toasted 
4 Tbs. spray whipped cream

1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight. 

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add one tablespoon of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.” 

3. Split into two servings. Top each serving with two toasted marshmallows and two tablespoons whipped cream. Enjoy! 

Pro Tip: Toast marshmallows in the oven to enjoy anytime. To do so: Lay marshmallows out on a lined sheet tray and place under the oven broiler until golden brown and toasty. Flip and broil again until fully toasted. This only takes a matter of minutes; stay close and keep an eye on them the entire time. 

Banana Coconut Cream Protein CREAMi®

Makes 2 servings

2 servings CSE Coconut Cream Protein Powder
2 Tbs. 2% milk 
Toppings:
60g banana, sliced
1 Tbs. unsweetened coconut flakes
4 Schar Gluten-Free Honeygrams
4 Tbs. spray whipped cream

1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight. 

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.”

3. Split into two servings. Top each serving with 30g sliced bananas, a half tablespoon of coconut flakes, two honeygrams, and two tablespoons of whipped cream. Enjoy! 

Cake Batter Swirl

Makes 3 servings

4 Tbs. rainbow sprinkles

1. Add the milk and protein powder to an empty Ninja® CREAMi® Swirl Pint. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight. 

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Soft Serve & Ice Cream Machine and select “Soft Serve,” then select “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of rainbow sprinkles. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Swirl Pint and spin on “Re-Spin.”

3. Install pint to dispense area and pull handle to swirl ice cream equally into each cone. Top each cone with remaining rainbow sprinkles. Enjoy!

Salted Toffee Protein CREAMi®

3 Tbs. toffee bits
2 tsp. chocolate sauce
Pinch of flaky sea salt

1. Add the milk and the protein powder to a Ninja® CREAMi® jar. Froth until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight. 

2. Add the jar to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove and add two tablespoons of milk. Return to the Ninja® CREAMi® Ice Cream Maker and spin on “Re-Spin.” 

3. Split into two servings and top each serving with one and a half tablespoons of toffee bits, one teaspoon of chocolate sauce, and a pinch of sea salt. Enjoy! 

Peanut Butter Cookie Protein CREAMi®

Makes 2 servings
