Banana Pudding Shake
Banana Pudding Shake Makes 1 serving 265 calories / 5F / 32C / 23P 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 serving CSE Simply Vanilla or Bananas Foster Protein Powder (Seasonal Flavor) 1 tsp. pure vanilla 1/2 banana 6-8 ice cubes 2 Tbs. sugar-free banana instant pudding 2 mini vanilla wafers Toppings: 2 Tbs. spray whipped cream 20g banana, chopped 1 mini vanilla wafer, crumbled 1. Add all ingredients to the blender, except the vanilla wafers, if using. Blend until smooth.
2. After blending, add in the vanilla wafers and blend again for 5-10 seconds.
3. Top with whipped cream, chopped banana, and/or crumbled vanilla wafers. Enjoy!
