1 serving (34g) CSE Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Powder
150g frozen strawberries
40g frozen bananas
20g Neufchâtel cream cheese
28g lowfat cottage cheese
6-8 (120g) ice cubes
Toppings:
½ sheet graham cracker, crumbled
4 Tbs. spray whipped cream
1. Add all of the shake ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into cup.
2. Top with graham cracker crumbles and spray whipped cream. Enjoy!
