1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 servingĀ CSE Bananas Foster Protein Powder
75g frozen banana slices
2 Tbs. low-fat cottage cheese
1 Tbs.Ā CSE Cinnamon BunĀ or natural almond butter
8-10 (120g) ice cubes
Toppings:
2 Tbs. spray whipped cream
Dash cinnamon
1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.
2. Pour into a cup. Top with whipped cream and dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!
