1 cup coconut butter or coconut manna
½ raw honey
2 servings CSE White Chocolate Peppermint Protein Powder
1 cup oat flour
Dash sea salt
¼ tsp. peppermint extract
Toppings:
50g white chocolate chips
1 Tbs. crushed peppermint candy cane
1. Add the coconut butter, honey, protein powder, oat flour, sea salt, and peppermint extract to a bowl. Mix until well combined.
2. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the fridge to harden for 30 minutes.
3. Add the white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted. Remove the bites from the fridge. Drizzle the melted chocolate over one ball at a time and immediately add the crushed candy cane, so it sticks to the chocolate before it hardens. Store in the fridge. Enjoy!

1 candy cane
1. Add milk to a mug and heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until hot. Add white chocolate chips and let cool for a couple of minutes before adding protein powder.
2. Add protein powder, then mix with a milk frother or whisk until smooth.
3. Top with whipped cream and use candy cane to stir.

1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.
