Cotton Candy Protein Powder Recipes

COTTON CANDY PROTEIN CREAMI

Makes 1 serving

1 cup 2% Fairlife milk
¾ serving CSE Cotton Candy Protein Powder
1 Tbs. cheesecake sugar-free pudding mix
2 Tbs. 2% Fairlife Milk
2 Tbs. spray whipped cream
2 tsp. Watkins dye-free sprinkles

1. Add the milk, protein, and pudding mix to a Ninja Creami Jar. Whisk with a milk frother until smooth. Freeze overnight.

2. Spin on “Lite Ice Cream.” Remove from mixer.

3. Add milk.

4. Spin again on “Re-Spin.” Remove from mixer. *You can re-spin again if you like the texture to be less thick.

5. Add whipped cream and sprinkles. Enjoy!

 

BLUE COTTON CANDY FREEZE

Makes 1 serving

¾ cup almond milk
¼ cup half & half
1 serving CSE Cotton Candy Protein Powder
¾ cup Halo Top Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
8-10 (140g) ice cubes
Toppings:
2 Tbs. spray whipped cream
½ tsp. all-natural sprinkles
 

1. Add all the shake ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.

2. Pour into a cup and top with whipped cream and sprinkles. Enjoy!

COTTON CANDY POPCORN

Makes 10 servings
150 calories / 7F / 21C / 3P / per serving

⅓ cup popcorn kernels
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ tsp. coconut oil
1 serving CSE Cotton Candy Protein Powder
Dash of sea salt


1. Air-pop the popcorn. Melt together the white chocolate chips and coconut oil, then remove from heat.

2. Mix the protein powder with the white chocolate chips and coconut oil, then pour over popcorn and toss to coat. Sprinkle Redmond Salt over the top and enjoy!

COTTON CANDY RICE KRISPIES

Makes 12 servings
140 calories / 2F / 25C / 6P / per serving

Ingredients:
4 ½ cups marshmallows
2 Tbs. grass-fed, unsalted butter
6 cups crispy rice cereal
3 servings CSE Cotton Candy Protein Powder


1. Add the butter to a saucepan and melt down over low-medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until melted together. Remove from heat.

2. Add cereal and protein powder. Stir until well coated and mixture is completely incorporated.

3. Spray an 8x8 baking pan. Pour the mixture into the pan and press it in evenly. Let cool, then cut into 12 equal-sized squares. Enjoy!
