Chocolate Brownie Batter Protein Powder Recipes

CHOCOLATE WAFFLES

Makes 4 servings

1 ¾ cups CSE Chocolate Chocolate or Gluten-Free Chocolate Chocolate Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 serving CSE Chocolate Brownie Batter Protein Powder
1 Tbs. cocoa powder
1 ¼ cups water
2 large eggs
40g mashed banana
Toppings per serving:
1 Tbs. CSE Sweet Classic Peanut Butter, Buckeye Brownie Peanut
Butter, or natural peanut butter
2 Tbs. spray whipped cream
Zero calorie syrup of choice


1. Preheat waffle iron.

2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the CSE Pancake & Waffle Mix, protein powder, cocoa powder, water, eggs, and banana. Stir together until well combined.

3. Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the waffle iron. Repeat with the remaining batter. Weigh the waffles and divide the weight by four to get the amount needed to fill one serving.

4. Top each serving with one tablespoon of peanut butter, two tablespoons of whipped cream and syrup. Enjoy!

BROWNIE BATTER BUDDIES

Makes 16 servings / ½ cup (45g) per serving

¾ cup raw honey
½ cup CSE Sweet Classic Peanut Butter, Buckeye Brownie Peanut Butter, or natural peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 serving CSE Chocolate Brownie Batter or Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1 Tbs. cocoa powder
8 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 cup CSE Powdered Peanut Butter


1. In a small saucepan, melt together the honey, peanut butter and vanilla over low heat. Stir until melted together and smooth, then remove from heat. Stir in the protein powder and cocoa powder.

2. Place Chex cereal into a large bowl. Pour the hot mixture over the top and gently stir until the cereal is well coated.

3. Pour the powdered peanut butter over the top and stir until well coated. Store any extras in the fridge. Enjoy!

CHOCOLATE ALMOND JOY BITES

Makes 30 servings

1 cup CSE Midnight Almond Coconut Butter
or natural almond butter
½ cup raw honey
2 servings CSE Chocolate Brownie Batter Protein Powder
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 Tbs. cocoa nibs or mini chocolate chips
1 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash sea salt


(Easily prepared in a Kitchen Aid Mixer)

1. Mix all ingredients together, adding the oats last, until well combined.

2. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop into balls and store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!

CHOCOLATE COVERED BERRY SHAKE

Makes 1 serving

¾ cup almond milk
1 serving (34g) CSE Chocolate Brownie Batter Protein Powder
½ Tbs. (8g) CSE Midnight Almond Coconut Butter
or 1 Tbs. (15g) dark chocolate chips
1 serving CSE Super Berry Mix
40g frozen strawberries
6-8 (120g) ice cubes
Topping:
2 Tbs. spray whipped cream


1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.

2. Pour into a cup, top with whipped cream and enjoy!

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUP OATMEAL

Makes 1 serving

⅓ up old-fashioned rolled oats
⅔ cup water
3 Tbs. (46g) liquid egg whites
2 Tbs. CSE Powdered Peanut Butter
2 tsp. CSE Sweet Classic Peanut Butter
or natural peanut butter
½ serving CSE Chocolate Peanut Butter or Chocolate Brownie Batter Protein Powder
Topping:
15 extra dark chocolate chips


1. Mix the oats, water, egg whites and powdered peanut butter together in a bowl.

2. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or cook on the stovetop over medium heat for 5 minutes.

3. Stir in the peanut butter and let cool slightly. Stir in the protein powder and top with dark chocolate chips.

 

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD

Makes 1 loaf / 10 slices
240 calories / 10.5F / 35C / 7.5P / per slice

3 ripe bananas
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup raw honey
¼ cup melted coconut oil
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup CSE Buttermilk, Gluten-Free Buttermilk, or Vanilla Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 serving CSE Chocolate Brownie Batter Protein Powder
⅓ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. sea salt
½ cup dark chocolate chips


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Beat in the applesauce, honey and melted coconut oil. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.

3. In a separate bowl, combine the CSE Pancake & Waffle Mix, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.

4. Pour into a greased 9x5 inch, glass loaf pan and sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Bake for 50-55 minutes, then let cool. Remove from the pan and drizzle with extra melted chocolate, if desired. Store extras in the fridge or freezer.

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE SHAKE

Makes 1 serving

30g frozen banana slices
2 Tbs. old-fashioned rolled oats
1 Tbs. cocoa powder

30 (15g) extra dark chocolate chips
6-8 (120g) ice cubes


1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on
high until smooth.

2. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
