Bananas Foster Protein Powder Recipes

BANANA CHEESECAKE CUPS

Makes 12 servings

Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbs. grass-fed butter
1 Tbs. CSE Sweet Classic Peanut Butter
Cheesecake:
8 oz. organic cream cheese, room temperature
2 servings (72g) CSE Bananas Foster Protein Powder
1 ½ cups Truwhip Skinny Whipped Topping
⅔ cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt


1. Place 12 cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Set aside.

2. Add the graham cracker crumbs to a bowl. Melt the butter. Add the melted butter and nut butter to the bowl with the graham crackers. Stir until well combined. Weigh the mixture and divide evenly into the 12 cupcake liners. Press into the bottom and freeze.

3. Add the softened cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Slowly mix in the protein powder until well combined. Add the Truwhip and Greek yogurt; beat until smooth. Weigh the mixture and divide evenly into the cupcake liners. Using a small, rubber spatula or spoon, smooth out the top of each one.

4. Cover with foil and freeze for 2+ hours. When ready to eat, remove the cupcake liner and let thaw outside of the freezer for about 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!

BANANA CREAM PIE PARFAIT

Makes 1 serving

½ cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
Vanilla stevia drops, optional for sweetness
¼ serving (8g) CSE Bananas Foster Protein Powder
8g graham cracker crumbs
30g banana slices
Topping:
½ cup spray whipped cream


1. Add the yogurt, stevia and protein powder to a small bowl; mix until smooth.

2. Top with whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs and banana slices.

BANANAS FOSTER MILKSHAKE

Makes 1 serving

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 serving CSE Bananas Foster Protein Powder
75g frozen banana slices
2 Tbs. low-fat cottage cheese
1 Tbs. CSE Cinnamon Bun or natural almond butter
8-10 (120g) ice cubes
Toppings:
2 Tbs. spray whipped cream
Dash cinnamon


1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.

2. Pour into a cup. Top with whipped cream and dash of cinnamon. Enjoy!

CHOCOLATE COVERED BANANA SHAKE

Makes 1 serving

1 cup chocolate almond milk
1 serving CSE Bananas Foster Protein Powder
2 Tbs. chocolate peanut butter powder
30g frozen bananas
8-10 (130g) ice cubes


1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth.

2. Pour into a cup and enjoy!

CHUNKY MONKEY BITES

Makes 26 servings

1 cup CSE Sweet Classic Peanut Butter
or natural peanut butter
½ cup raw honey
2 servings CSE Bananas Foster Protein Powder
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 Tbs. dark chocolate chips
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Dash sea salt

1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined. Works great in a Kitchen Aid Mixer!

2. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop into balls (or press into a silicone ice cube tray) and place in a container. Store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!

MONKEY BUSINESS OATS

Makes 1 serving

⅓ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup water
1 Tbs. (14g) CSE Sweet Classic Peanut Butter or natural peanut butter
¾ serving (27g) CSE Bananas Foster Protein Powder
Toppings:
20g banana slices
1 ½ Tbs. (12g) CSE Powdered Peanut Butter


1. Add the oats and water to a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or on the stovetop for about 5 minutes.

2. Add the nut butter and stir until smooth. Add the protein powder and stir until smooth. Top with banana slices and powdered peanut butter. Enjoy!
