Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbs. grass-fed butter
1 Tbs. CSE Sweet Classic Peanut Butter
Cheesecake:
8 oz. organic cream cheese, room temperature
2 servings (72g) CSE Bananas Foster Protein Powder
1 ½ cups Truwhip Skinny Whipped Topping
⅔ cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
1. Place 12 cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Set aside.
2. Add the graham cracker crumbs to a bowl. Melt the butter. Add the melted butter and nut butter to the bowl with the graham crackers. Stir until well combined. Weigh the mixture and divide evenly into the 12 cupcake liners. Press into the bottom and freeze.
3. Add the softened cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Slowly mix in the protein powder until well combined. Add the Truwhip and Greek yogurt; beat until smooth. Weigh the mixture and divide evenly into the cupcake liners. Using a small, rubber spatula or spoon, smooth out the top of each one.
4. Cover with foil and freeze for 2+ hours. When ready to eat, remove the cupcake liner and let thaw outside of the freezer for about 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
