REFUND POLICY

Physical Products Refund Policy:

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy on physical items:

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. Please contact hello@cleansimpleeats.com with the subject "Damaged Item(s)" and include your order number, name, and image of your damaged item(s).

Timing: We provide a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy, which is measured from the delivery date of the shipment.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please email hello@cleansimpleeats.com with the subject “Returns” and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Seller will provide the customer with instructions regarding where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email, providing notification regarding the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO GRANT OR DENY ANY REFUND REQUEST AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

 

Shipping Policy.

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship our products within the U.S.A.
  • We do offer shipping to Canada, but cannot guarantee delivery. We do not offer refunds on orders unable to be delivered because of issues at customs. Shipping charges for Canada are collected at checkout and do not include any additional duties or import fees.
  • Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to applicable tariffs, taxes, and/or duties. The customer is solely responsible for those fees.

Shipping times:

  • Orders leave our warehouse within 7 business days, with rare exceptions for holidays and large scale promotions.
  • Shipping time is entirely controlled by the individual carriers, and might vary depending on location, shipment method, weather, health and safety regulations, and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  • US orders over $115 that are paid in full at the time of purchase are eligible for free standard shipping within the United States.
  • Subscribers to the CSE+ app will receive free standard shipping on every order placed inside the app.
  • Orders under $115 will be charged for shipping, with rates depending on the chosen delivery method and country. The total charge, including taxes and shipping, will be displayed at checkout.
  • The subtotal at checkout needs to be $115 after all coupons and discounts are applied to qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Expedited shipping options are available, at the customer's expense. Rates and current delivery estimates are displayed at the time of checkout. We cannot be liable for deliveries that exceed the quoted timeframe and other issues outside of our control.

Accurate Information Required:

The customer bears sole responsibility to provide accurate information at checkout – including name, mailing and billing addresses, and phone number, as well as any additional contact information that will support the delivery of the package. We will not be liable for any errors entered at checkout, but will make a good faith effort to correct errors if notified promptly. We will not be responsible for a failed delivery or delivery attempt resulting from improperly entered information, and the customer may incur additional charges (including shipping or return charges). Customers are strongly encouraged to double-check that all of their information is correct before submitting their order.
