MINT COOKIES & CREAM SHAKE

Makes 1 serving

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¾ serving (24g) CSE Mint Chocolate Cookie Protein Powder
½ Tbs. (7g) CSE Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Butter
¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 Newman-O's Creme Filled Chocolate Cookies
1 cup spinach
¼ tsp. xanthan gum
8-10 (150g) ice cubes
Toppings:
2 Tbs. spray whipped cream
1 Newman-O's Creme Filled Chocolate Cookies, crumbled


1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth and thick.

2. Pour into a cup and top with spray whipped cream and cookie crumbles. Enjoy with a spoon!

MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Makes 16 cookies

½ cup grass-fed butter
¼ cup CSE Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Butter
1 serving CSE Mint Chocolate Cookie Protein Powder
⅓ cup organic cane sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup organic unbleached all-purpose flour
2 Tbs. cocoa powder
¼ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. baking soda
2 oz. dark chocolate chips


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Add the butter, nut butter, protein powder and the sugar to a mixing bowl. Beat together until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla. Mix until combined.

3. In a separate bowl, add the flour, cocoa powder, sea salt and baking soda and stir until combined. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

4. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack. Store leftover cookies in the fridge.

MINT CHOCOLATE COOKIE SHAKE

Makes 1 serving

1 Tbs. old-fashioned rolled oats
6-8 (120g) ice cubes
Toppings:
2 Tbs. spray whipped cream
5g dark chocolate chips


1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a cup. Top with whipped cream and dark chocolate chips. Enjoy with a spoon!

MINT CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

Makes 4 servings

400g frozen banana slices
2 servings CSE Mint Chocolate Cookie Protein Powder
¼ cup CSE Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Butter
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk


1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides as necessary in between blending until thick and smooth.

2. Scrape out into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 2-3 hours. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the ice cream into a bowl or cone. Divide into four equal-sized servings. Top the ice cream with melted chocolate or extra Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Butter. Enjoy!

MINT CHOCOLATE POPCORN

Makes 8 servings / 1.25 oz. per serving

80g popcorn kernels
½ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup CSE Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie Butter
2 Tbs. grass-fed butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 serving CSE Mint Chocolate Cookie Protein Powder


1. Air-pop the kernels into a large bowl and set aside.

2. Add the chocolate chips, nut butter and butter to a small saucepan. Melt over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla extract.

3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the popcorn and mix gently until the popcorn is well coated. Immediately add the protein powder to the bowl and toss until the popcorn is well coated.

4. Divide into eight servings and enjoy!

 

MINT HOT CHOCOLATE

Makes 1 serving

1 cup fat-free milk
1 serving CSE Mint Chocolate Cookie Protein Powder
4 Tbs. spray whipped cream
Dash cocoa powder


1. Add the milk to a microwave-safe mug. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Add the protein powder and mix with a milk frother until smooth. Heat for 15-30 more seconds, if needed.

2. Top with whipped cream and cocoa powder. Enjoy!
