Digestive Enzymes: Supplementing a healthy diet with digestive enzymes lowers the work load placed on your body to produce it’s own enzymes and helps break down the macronutrients we consume making them bio-available! (meaning your body can actually absorb and utilize the nutrients) They also help to curb inflammation, prevent gas, bloating, acid reflux, indigestion and a host of other digestive issues, all while restoring natural energy and promoting weight control. I take two capsules with each of my big meals.
