Every dinner makes 4 servings as well as some of the breakfasts. Most snacks and other breakfasts are made to serve one.

Clean simple eats has completely changed my life. I’ve never had a more balanced lifestyle physically and mentally. Yeah, you can always just eat healthy and look up recipes on Google/Pinterest, but Erika makes it so simple and complex with grocery lists, macros already counted for you, and she even already imputed them in the my fitness pal app for keeping track and holding yourself accountable! Eating healthy has never been easier, and JJ’s workouts are killer too. I have been on this program a month and only lost 4 lbs so far, but this program is a game changer and I feel and look healthier already. I have gained muscle and better self confidence which far exceeds the number on the scale.

I love the meal plan, however I would love if there were more options for lunches that don’t need to be heated. Also the digital meal plan has all of the page numbers listed incorrectly-they must have accidentally been spaced down.
