I think this might be my favorite meal plan. This is the plan Where I finally buckled down and really committed to my eating and lost most of my weight and inches. I know the meal plan when I got it had the salad jars for lunch for the week and I LOVED that. This is the meal plan along with the winter that we reach for most! Thanks CSE you are brilliant!
