This is the perfect fitness journal/planner. It has everything you need to keep your priorities straight and your schedule organized. Perfect size to toss into my purse or keep on my nightstand. Flips open flat, which is a must. A page to record gratitude, positive affirmations, goals, and intentions for the day (to-dos). A page to record sleep, water intake, nutrition, workouts, macros. A weekly check-in to record measurements. I’ve bought this challenge journal three times now and don’t think I’ll need to explore any other brands because this one has everything I need.
I use it daily and so far it’s a good reminder instead of a phone to write things down.
Good way to keep track and accountable. I like the paper version more than the online version.
I really like how it gives you everything you need to help you stay on track. It helps you measure your progress from day to day. In return keeps you motivated to keep going In the right direction as your see your numbers of progress change in a good way!
I really have enjoyed being able to keep track of everything and this book makes it so much easier! I feel more accountable and on top of the challenge with this journal.
