I am not a vegetable lover at all. I'm not super adventurous on my eating and I was super nervous to try counting macros and eating healthy but I had gained about 30 pounds that just really needed to come off. The recipes on the summer meal plan are so so yummy. I haven't made one that I didn't like and counting macros is so easy because they have them figured out for you. So good.
I bought this book summer of 2019, and loved it! The recipes were easy to follow and really yummy. I like that it had the grocery list for you. It was great to try new ingredients and I really liked the substitute list. It was also great to see a list of options for different restaurants and what to choose from the menu.
I have tried so many diets and never had any success. Then out of no where clean simple eats popped up on my new feed. Summer was my first one I tried and it changed my life. Yes i lost weight but what I gain was a life style way of eating. The meals are delicious and very filling. Thank you clean simple eats for changing my life in the best way.
I have loved the CSE Summer plan. I like light snacks and summer treats with all the summertime outings and love that this plan has so many options for both. I was even able to easily stay on track for camping with the options available. Thanks for such a great program!
I have all the seasons of the CSE cookbooks and love them all but If I had to pick the Summer one is my favorite!
