You can use the menu planners and grocery lists as we suggest, or you can simply use this book as a cookbook and work through it at your own pace picking and choosing the recipes that look the best to you. Every dinner, as well as some of the breakfasts, makes 4 servings. Most snacks and other breakfasts are made to serve one.

Both my husband and I love eating meat. With that said, we have been thoroughly surprised by how tasty the recipes have been and I adore the amount of veggies eaten in order to get the necessary balanced macros. The recipes are delicious. Following the meal plan is very straightforward. No weighing our meal, no skimping on flavor, and what a variety with each week! My biggest complaint is there's no summer one yet! We live in Texas so summer "starts" very early here.
The Clean and Simple Eats meal system has changed my whole approach to buying, preparing, and enjoying food. I particularly like the way leftovers work as the next day’s lunch. Thank you for the great menu plans, recipes, and exercise suggestions. My life is changing for the better each day.
I switched to plant based eating about a year ago, and a friend of mine recommended this book. I’m so thankful she did. These recipes are easy, yummy and healthy! There is no guess work...CSE has exceeded my expectations with balanced macros and easy portioned meals. I’m hoping there is a spring cookbook in the works! CSE is a game changer!
