This i my favorite of all the books! I love fall and all the recipes in this book are so amazing and use fall veggies which I love!

I am on my second week and every recipe has been delish! Everyday I look forward to trying the next one. This plan is so easy to follow, filling and even my hubby has enjoys the meals. One serving is not enough for him so he eats 2 of the 4. He is physically fit. That seems to work out. I especially love that I don't have to think about what to make for dinner each day or for lunch. That is a great time saver. Plus it helps to stay on track with eating well. No more last minute throw together something. Follow everything as presented and you will have success! So glad I found this plan through Breadbeckers.
From Summer to Fall
