You know us, always changing things up and keeping you on your toes! We have a new way to enter the CSE Challenge and we are pretty dang pumped about it!
Introducing our BRAND NEW CSE Challenge Journal! We have been testing and editing this journal for the last few months and we are obsessed! We can’t wait to get the final product into our own hands, let alone yours! Previously, a meal plan or CSE product purchase was required to enter the challenge, but we decided to now make it easier and more affordable to enter! All you need to do is purchase either a $5 interactive digital journal or a $10 hard copy + digital journal between NOW and July 6, then you’re in! You have ONE WEEK to enter the challenge. The journal will not be available after July 6. Make sure to secure your spot! If you don’t own a meal plan, you will still need to purchase one so that you can follow along cooking and enjoying CSE recipes with our community, the #CSEtribe. The majority of our CSE members will be cooking from the Spring Meal Plan during the Spring Challenge, but you are welcome to use any CSE Meal Plan.

I actually purchased the hard copy AND digital copy, and I love having the hard copy. I am the kind of person who NEEDS to physically write things down to remember them, and to stay on top of goals, to do lists, etc. I love the way this journal is set up--it's not about weight loss. It's about making the shift to a healthier lifestyle. It's about affirmations, and positivity, and staying accountable without being too hard on yourself. I absolutely love it. I am the kind of person who sets a goal, is really serious about it for three days, and then gives up. As of the moment I am writing this, I am on day 6 of this challenge and I'm STILL doing it! That sounds small, but it's a huge deal for me. This journal is holding me accountable, and I'm actually remembering my goals and staying focused because I have to physically write it down. I can't say enough good things about it. I love it!

This was very easy to use and since it is Digital it allows me to access it from anywhere. I keep it open on my computer so I can log my information in my journal daily. I am very glad that I have started this journey.
This tool is extremely helpful to not track progress but to start each day with a positive mindset. Sometimes the mental game is just as hard as the physical game so this was just the journal I needed!
