Love the recipes!
Love these delicious recipes that keep you satiated. Especially the power ball recipes that make me feel like I’m basically eating dessert twice a day
The food is easy to make and delicious! I’m also so full at the end of the day. I don’t feel deprived of a food group or restricted in any way. A huge change from every other diet/meal plan I have tried in the past. My family also likes the meals and snacks which is a huge help, I don’t have to be a short order cook at every meal.
I have gotten more people hooked and buying CSE products from a couple of the must have recipes (almond joy shake Im talking about you!). These recipes are so yummy and I love the comfort food recipes in this one.
