I really like this item. I’ve been using it every day to help me keep myself accountable for the things that I eat. I love how it makes you check in every week to check measurements so that you can see progress over time.
I love this journal so much. CSE has always said they are about overall health and well being, not just weight loss and looking hot and this journal finally convinced me that is true. I love the focus on mental and emotional health with the daily affirmations and gratitude sections. This journal has helped me finally meet some of my goals because I have to articulate those goals, how I plan to achieve them, and report on y progress along the way. Love, love, love it!
The journal is a great resource! I’m only giving it 4 stars because I bought the digital version to avoid paying shipping. I wish I would’ve bought the hard copy instead.
I purchased the digital journal to help stay on track for the Summer 2020 challenge. I thought I would only use it to track macros and measurements, but I fill out each page every day. It helps keep me accountable and it's also a great place to jot down how I feel throughout the challenge.
