This book is great when you are looking for delicious healthy meals to grill up for all the summer festivities! I made the shredded bbq chicken sliders for lunch the other day and they are the best bbq chicken sandwiches I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend!
Honestly, I thought I would maybe like a few of the recipes but was willing to give it a try. I’m so glad we did because every recipe we tried was delicious. Each meal was filling and flavorful. I definitely plan on buying each of the seasons recipe books. Thank you for giving us a meal plan that has great tasting food and meals that do not make you feel like you’re giving anything up by cutting out processed and high sugar foods.
LOVE this summer plan! I loved how so many meals allowed you to get outside and use the grill! These plans also plan for what fruits and veggies are in season. I love not having to decide what to make for dinner each night! CSE for life!

I just got this book for the new year and Am really excited about it! I love that it has a lot of snacks and a variety of different meals. I was a little nervous about the meals being complicated but they have so far been super easy and fast to make! It also doesn’t feel like I am dieting because I get to eat all of these yummy foods! I definitely would recommend this book
