Yummy...from one picky eater

WoW!! Great tasting recipes! I am a picky eater and have not been successful on my health meal plans because the meals just do not taste good. Not the case with CSE. The recipes are delicious, and quite easy to prepare. I have been very impressed. I love that they have exercise returns too. And best of all clothes are fitting better. I will be purchasing another.

Simple, and it just feels good!

We're foodies in my house, so taste is super important to us. I have loved these recipes! More than that, I love that, so long as I follow the plan, I don't have to track my macros or calories. They've done the hard work for me. This really is simple and it feels good!

Fantastic Recipes

I have all of the meal plans and love each of them. The Spring plan has some of the best recipes that are my family favorites. We love all of them but some of our favorites are BBQ Chicken Pizza, Blueberry Muffins are a go to, Crispy Chicken Nuggets are my grandkids favorite. My husband loves the Guacamole Turkey burgers. The Kickin' Avo Toast is one of my all time favorites! So many good recipes to choose from.

Love love love

I love these cook books! I love that it's broken down into weeks, and grocery list for each week, thw quality of the photos and the food is amazing! Although I purchased the digital copy, I would highly recommend getting the actual book. At least for me it's easier.
