I have never had an easier time making dinners and not feeling totally disgusting after consuming the food! I love how there are enough portions for two dinners and leftovers for lunch the next, it’s saved me so much time with making lunches and all the stress that comes with meal prepping. I‘ve struggled with IBS symptoms for a couple of years and it’s exacerbated when I eat carb heavy foods. I love your meals because they’re balanced in macros and I haven’t had a flare up in a year!!!

I thought the winter meal plan was my favorite until I tried the fall one. Love it so much I often pull from this book even when it’s not fall! I make the taco soup basically weekly and the butternut squash soup is amazing too!
I love this cookbook! I love how it has options for snacks and desserts! CSE meal plans are game changers healthy food but you don’t feel restricted because the food is so good!
