i'm on day 5 of the first week of the challenge, and was a little skeptical because I wasn't terribly excited about the meal choices (i'm a recovering fast food junkie) - but i'm so pleasantly surprised - I honesly can't believe how delicious the meals are! especially the things I didn't think i'd like. and the absolute best part? I don't feel like i'm on a diet. so excited to continue to learn how to change my eating habits for good!
Love the Fall Mean Plan
I purchased this meal plan to help me with the fall challenge. I've used the recipes for family get togethers, parties, and have received rave reviews on the flavors and taste. Some of my favorite recipes from the Fall Meal Plan are Pesto Chicken Sliders, Thai Chicken Pizza, White Chicken Chili, Cookie Crumb Granola and Honey Garlic Chicken Tacos. My family loves these meals!

The soups and other comfort foods are kid-friendly and delicious! I love the options and recommendations for weekly meal prep.
This fall book is full of wonderful seasonal deliciousness. I use this book on my first round of CSE and was so surprised that my children gobbled up the food! They’re usually so picky. I don’t love pumpkin, but even those recipes were wonderful. Highly recommend!
