Erika is a healthy treat genius! I've yet to find a treat out of this book I didnt crave later and best part...you can eat it without feeling cruddy from what you just ate. We dont eat other dessert anymore. The feeling yucky after isn't worth it when you can have the same great flavor and feel great after!!! These recipes are a must have for anyone wanting to eat treats and not have that pit in your stomach sick feeling the next day!
