I love these meal plans! I wish that if you bought the meal plans you could “unlock” them on the app but so worth every penny
I haven’t made many of these recipes yet, but what I have made, I have absolutely loved! Cooking dinner is not such a headache anymore because it’s all there and easily outlined for you! Overall, I feel good knowing my family is eating better, not just for weight loss, but for health. Totally worth the money spent!!!
This is such a simple and straight forward plan and the recipes are really tasty! I LOVE the efficient and helpful way this book reads. Included in each book is detailed exercises for each day of the week, a menu plan including all recipes, shopping lists and meal prep instructions for each day. They could mot make it any more simple to follow. I was surprised at how yummy the recipes are! They also follow the Utah climate- with books for each season. This is helpful to use vegetables that are in season and easy to get from the store. Also- you use your oven more in the colder seasons, and less in warmer...SO simple! It is written for 4 people. I have 5 in my family so I double each recipe so that I can feed everyone and still have 2 portions leftover for lunch the following day. SO simple! I love it!!!
These are such an amazing addition to any kitchen where healthy eating is a priority. The seasonal items and grocery lists make it simple and convenient. Not to mention delicious!
