You can use the menu planners and grocery lists as we suggest, or you can simply use this book as a cookbook and work through it at your own pace picking and choosing the recipes that look the best to you. Every dinner, as well as some of the breakfasts, makes 4 servings. Most snacks and other breakfasts are made to serve one.

The plant based version of the Fall Meal plan was great. I was able to use it in combination with the Fall Meal plan for my family. The recipes were great! I am looking forward to plant based meal plans for all the cookbooks.
I was so excited to see a plant based book from cse! As always her recipes in this book are delicious and she makes counting macros so easy! My only complaint is there are a lot of recipes with fish. But I would still say that it’s worth it for those that don’t eat any meat (I don’t) as most you can sub out the fish. I hope they make more plant based!!
As a family of meat eaters and one vegetarian, this mom appreciates so much CSE creating this book! As I learn about eating healthy as a vegetarian for my young adult daughter, it is nice to have something to turn to. So often when we asked about her vegetarian options in the past, most often we were told "we have salad". We love the Fall book and know we will love this plant-based book just as much! Thank you!
This is an amazing cookbook! It’s so hard to hit macros some days being plant based! This book makes its so easy and seriously so yummy. I have 2 very picky eaters- 4 if you count my husband and I and we have all enjoyed the meals. It makes grocery shopping a breeze and I know that I have all I need on hand. PLEASE make the plant based permanent- just exclude the fish next time
AMAZING. I’ve tried eating plant based soooo many times in the past but could never stick to it for long because the typical recipes get so mundane after awhile. However, every recipe in this cookbook is amazing and so flavorful! You never get bored because each meal is truly amazing!
I gave 4 stars only because some things are measured in grams, which is a bit annoying if you don’t own a food scale. But it’s still perfectly manageable. Everything else about this book is awesome, so that makes up for this tiny inconvenience.
