Our Beyond the Challenge feature, Michelle!

WOW, just WOW. 😼 We came across Michelle on Instagram and just HAD to share it with you guys. She started eating CSE meals in October of 2018. Fast forward about a year later and DANG she is ripped đŸ’ȘđŸ»and feeling better than ever! Read her full Beyond the Challenge story below!

My sister introduced me to Clean Simple Eats back in 2017 but I didn’t fully incorporate it into my lifestyle until winter 2018. I have always had a bad relationship with food and body image. I would go awhile without food in high school and then binge a lot of unhealthy food. I was always “skinny” but not healthy. After I had my first son in 2016 I decided I needed a change. I had gained weight and was unhappy with how I looked so I started working out consistently for the first time in my life I lost weight but still thought of healthy food as bland and boring.

When my sister introduced me to CSE I discovered that healthy food doesn’t need to be bland and boring. It’s actually the opposite. Some of the CSE meals are actually my favorite meals I’ve ever had! After having my second son late 2018 I decided I needed to start exercising and eating healthy again. I started primarily cooking CSE meals and have gone through all of the meal plans. There hasn’t been a meal we haven’t enjoyed! I don’t try to overthink things and over complicate things and that’s what is so great about CSE. Everything is planned out for us.

I don’t get sick of meals because I have a plethora of options. The breakfasts, the snacks, the entrees etc. I have lost 70 pounds since September 2018 and 45 since November. I gained 35 with my pregnancy so I am super proud of myself. My husband loves CSE and has lost 40 pounds as well! We are both forever grateful for this plan and all it has taught us. Healthy food doesn’t have to be bland and boring!

I was eating at the 1852 and 1967 calorie park. 15 and 20% deficits. I’m 28, 5’9 and 140-145 now. Workout 5-6 times a week.
