Macro Friendly Italian Sodas

I posted this recipe on my Insta Stories a few weeks ago when I was sharing how I make these for my kids, and so many of you have hit me up for this recipe since. 

Makes 1 serving

30 calories / 2F / 3C / 0P (macros without the spray whipped cream)

Ingredients:

  • 1 can La Croix, any flavor (I use Cran Raspberry)
  • 1 True Lemon drink mix stick, any flavor
  • 2 Tablespoons lite canned coconut milk
  • Spray Whipped Cream, optional
  • 4-6 Ice Cubes

Add 4-6 ice cubes to a 16 oz. cup. Sprinkle in the True Lemon drink mix then pour the La Croix over the top. It tends to foam A LOT, so pour it in a little at a time and stir with a straw to get the fizz to settle. Last, add in the coconut milk and top with Reddi Wip. Enjoy!
