Lecithin (Soy)

Lecithin (Soy) is a traditional way to separate curds from whey. Lecithin derived from soy isn't an added component of our product and is only used as a byproduct for that separation process. The lecithin does not contain any proteins from soy and is far removed at processing. We do not add any soy products to the actual product we mid and blend as an ingredient, so it is not actually present in the formula. We have always used this process and it is a byproduct - now claimed as an ingredient on our labels to be completely transparent and compliant with the newly updated FDA standards.
