20 seconds work. 
10 seconds rest. 
8 cycles. (4 of each) 
1. Single Leg V-ups
2. Side-to-Side Plank
Rest 60 seconds

•Tabata Legs•
20 seconds work. 
10 seconds rest. 
8 cycles. (4 of each) 
1. Jump Squats 
2. Walkthrough Lunges 
Rest 60 seconds

•Tabata Upper Body•
20 seconds work. 
10 seconds rest. 
8 cycles. (4 of each) 
1. Piked Push-ups 
2. Commandos 
Rest 60 seconds

•HIIT Cycle•
30 seconds work. 
15 seconds rest. 
3 rounds. 
Rest 60 seconds between rounds. 
1. Mt. Climbers 
2. Power Lunges (switch at 15s)
3. Burpees
4. Sumo Squat Jumps
