Peanut Butter Lover’s Ice Cream
Makes 2 servings

PEANUT BUTTER LOVER’S ICE CREAM
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
1 serving @cleansimpleeats Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
150g frozen banana slices
2 Tbs. natural peanut butter
1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
160g ice cubes
Optional topping (not included in macros):
Walden Farms Caramel Syrup
1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powdered blender. Blend until thick and smooth.
2. Pour into bowls and add topping of choice.
*Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours if you want it more firm. Eat immediately for soft serve texture. 👍🏻 Don’t freeze more than two hours or it will be too solid.
