  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 60g frozen banana slices

  • 1⁄2 Tbs. natural peanut butter

  • 1⁄2 serving (16g) CSE Protein Powder, any flavor

  • 1 serving (9g) CSE Super Greens Mix

  • 6-8 (120g) ice cubes


1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
