Congrats Avery!

You always hear how you can't out-train a bad diet.

I guess I'm proof of it.

I work out about 6 days a week doing heavy cardio with jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, and some weightlifting.

I've stayed about 20 pounds overweight for YEARS.

My girlfriend's sister got us to do the CSE challenge and I couldn't be happier that we did. I've lost 19 pounds in less than two months and I really can't believe the difference that I see in the mirror.

I'm going to keep it up until I lost the last 10 and hit my goal weight.

The meal plan helped keep things easy and kept me from my normal habit of just buying frozen meals when I felt lazy.
