You Purchased the 2018 Spring Meal Plan. What's Next?

After you've purchased your meal plan for this season, there are a few things you can do RIGHT NOW to make the most of your experience!

Step 1 - Join the Clean Simple Eats Facebook Group

We have an amazing community with thousands of members who are so helpful! If you have questions on substitutions or swaps, this is a great place to ask questions. People in this group are also helpful in finding grocery store deals ;) After you request to join, please allow up to 48 hours for our team to approve your request, as this is a private Facebook group.

Step 2 - Submit "Before" Pictures

We collect "before" pictures at the beginning of the challenge, and side by side "before/after" pictures at the end of the challenge - so make sure to save your before pictures! We ask you to submit these pictures at the beginning of the challenge mostly for your accountability. We will not share this pictures without your permission.

Step 3 - Download My Fitness Pal to Track Macros (optional)

One of the huge benefits of this plan is being able to track your macros. Head over to @CleanSimpleEats Instagram stories and watch the saved story "Macro Tracking Made Easy." You can also read more about macros HERE.

Step 4 - Shop, Prep, and Cook the CSE Challenge Meals

Each week during the 6-week challenge, you'll be cooking the same thing as thousands of others. If you have questions about ingredients, instructions, or substituting meals, ask in the Facebook group!  

Step 5 - Follow Our Instagram Profile and Hashtag

Follow our official account @CleanSimpleEats and #CSEChallenge. Did you know you can follow hashtags now on Instagram? Update your app and you should be able to "follow" the hashtag to see other posts using that hashtag in your feed. 

Step 6 - Keep an Eye Out for Each Weekly Challenge

We will be having NEW weekly challenges! Within our 6-week Clean Simple Eats Challenge, we will be running weekly challenges with a prize giveaway at the end of each week. These challenges will be related to all things health and fitness. We will announce the challenge in the Facebook group and via Instagram stories (@cleansimpleeats) at the beginning of the week along with the prize and at the end of the week the winner will be chosen.

Step 7 - Post on Instagram Using The Weekly Prompt

If you are participating in the weekly challenges, you must have a public Instagram profile. Posts in the Facebook group no longer count. If you have a private Instagram account, you can easily create a new one (it's easy to switch between the 2 accounts) and you can delete your public account as soon as the challenge is over.

You are not required to participate in the weekly challenges to qualify for the grand prize, but in an event of a tie, we do look at overall participation.
